Emo's

Right.. lets get this straight. I am not an emo, not now not ever, and I am sure they are very nice people.. well some of them... but most of the time they are just bloody annoying!


There's a guy at work who one day woke up and decided that he was going to become a 'goth', however, he got it completely wrong and became an emo. I am a goth/metalhead/whatever, and he just isn't! The misconception that most people have with goths etc, is that you have to go around being bloody miserable and have some kind of personal torture you have to express with a depressed forehead and a glowering stare. It's complete BOLLOCKS!!! If you are doing this then you are an emo... and you probably love My Chemical Romance.. and the haunting bollocks of Evenescence.. and possibly Nightwish or something. These are not goth bands, nor will they ever be.

To be an emo you must change your name. Some emo names that I have heard lately are: Justice, (WTF??), Vengence-- see where I'm going with this?, Tortured, Polar bear (???), and various other sickening names. This guy at work changed his name to a character from one of the Final Fantasy games!! By Deed Poll!! Actually legally changed!... What the hell is wrong with these people?

You will find these people in any town centre across the country, and usually they stand around some kind of monument.. In Plymouth it happens to be the sun dial and when I visited Bolton they were stood around some statue of someone... They are everywhere. But please be careful with these little blighters, they are soft and delicate like a flower, (probably a black rose or the such). If you look at them the wrong way, you may make them cry... or worse write a poem about you!

Everyone has their problems, right? So how come theirs are so much more depressing than everyone else? They're just not.. it's just that they haven't got the balls to get up off their arses and do something about them. Maybe they have to stay in perpetual state of depression because once they, (God forbid sort them out or be happy), stop being miserable little bastards they will magically turn into a chav!! Because deep down.... that's exactly what they are. They don't like the sound of real goth and metal music. Their soft little ears will explode and their brains will go into melt down.

We have a saying at work that really sums up the emo thing:

"I am so emo: I cry stars and bleed candy floss!"

Thats my rant over for now.... but I shall probably think of something to add to this later.

i have however a suggestion to make. its a well known fact that the pandemic of the emo is currently running unchecked, so i have devised a plan with which to turn the tables on them. it is a contact sport that is based around the schoolyard game of 'it' or 'tag' and is known as 'emo tickling'. all you need to play this game is one or more enthusiatic youngster, aged between 5 and 10 years old, send them towards a known haunt of these foul creatures and tell them to fun around tickling them. it is my theory that should an emo laugh, or indeed grin, then you should have a similar effect to 'crossing the streams' in a ghostbusters sylee. this will of course end the life of the emo, as it will get so confused at this alien emotion it should (in theory) either explode or turn into a humorous lookinbg circus clown or something similar.
perhaps this could be harnesed as a source of electricity generation. i will let you know once my hollowed out volcano evil genius lair cum stronghold is finished and i can continue testing

God, I do so hate it when people comment and can't even be bothered to spell correctly.

I think you will find it is spelt WRONG.

I'm sorry if you find this offensive- but no one asked you to read it. As stated in my opening post- these are my thoughts and mine alone.

Do not call me a dickhead as that is such a poor put down and shows your immaturity. I don't believe I have heard anyone use that word over the age of 14. Goes to show, doesn't it? .......

'Ere, innit. Just found this off Dave's page and had to comment even though it's forever old! I like your work Miss Luna Pixie, and you have a good point, though I have one of my own to add... in giving me my very own emo side fringe, were you not therefore instrumental in creating one of these creepy little monsters? Lol... and we won't even go into my love of stars ;p
